Šaćir Čedić, the owner of the "Vatra" cafe chains in Sarajevo, was questioned this morning in the Prosecutor's Office of B&H. As we find out, he testified in this judicial institution about the circumstances of the sale of the house in 2017. to the suspected director of ISA B&H, Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, who is already on trial in the Court of B&H for abuse of office.

Čedić stayed in this judicial institution for almost an hour.

Based on the financial investigation, which was conducted by the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the prosecutors came to the information that Čedić sold the house of 94.40 square meters, which is located in Posavska Street at number 22, to Mehmedagić for 116.000 KM.

However, in the outflow of funds from the account of the suspect Mehmedagić, these funds were not shown at all. More precisely, Mehmedagić did not withdraw money from the account for this real estate in 2017.

Namely, it is suspected that Mehmedagić paid for this property in cash, which is why Čedić was summoned to the Prosecutor's Office. The sales contract was signed on May 22nd, 2017.

Čedić had to explain to the prosecutors whether the house he sold to Mehmedagić was in a devastated condition, whether it also had a swimming pool and what kind of transaction it was.

In addition, the suspect Mehmedagić must explain to the Prosecution where the money came from, regardless of whether it is, in the event, money laundering.

We remind you that our paper announced back in 2018. that the director of ISA was hiding from whom he bought two properties in Sarajevo, and at what price, whether the payment was made from his current account to the seller's account and whether the FB&H Tax Administration made appraisal of the real estate and whether he paid the real estate transfer tax.

As we stated at the time in the text, Osmica is hiding the source of his money for the purchase of expensive real estate, which was established by the Prosecution's investigation.
