This was said by the Mayor of Banja Luka, Draško Stanivuković, in today's address to the public, presenting reports on, as he stated, crime in the past period in the City Administration.
He said that 372 billboards exist in Banja Luka, of which 159 do not pay the utility fee, which damaged the budget by 17 million KM.
- When we started the action, we found over 50 billboards for which they say that they are nobody's. Everyone has to be discovered and everyone has to pay. The deadline is Monday for companies to pay. There are criminal charges against the chief of the communal police because he was silent. That's it - said Stanivuković.
He said that Dragan Lukač's godfather ran the business. He stated that he signed his own supervision.
- Who cleaned the Crkvena river, and why. He wants to go back to work. That is not happening, he will return when I'm not here - stated Stanivuković.
He also showed a photograph of the fence, which costed 120,000 KM, and was estimated at 25,000 KM.
- There is a charge for everyone who hunted. When you go to Čučun's office you can see how it looks like. I call on everyone to arrest this, but also me if something is not true. Go through all public procurements - said Stanivuković, talking about the abuse of official cars for personal purposes.
He said that he also knew that a vehicle was following him, but that nothing would stop him.
He also spoke about receiving contracts for the work of those people who are already employed. He gave them a deadline to cancel those contracts by Monday.
- There are controversial diplomas obtained in a very short time. We will send all institutions to declare their credibility. There are also some in FB&H. There are also mayors, one of them is Neven Stanić - said Stanivuković.

He said that these reports stop crime in other institutions as well, because "they know that we will win there as well."
He also mentioned the names of the companies that received the most jobs from the City Administration.
- Economic genocide was committed in "Aquana", money was extracted. We have ten million in debt - said, among other things, Stanivuković.
He called on all citizens to write to their audit team and that they will continue regardless of pressure and obstruction.
