Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) are checking the threats that members of the Trial Chamber, who sentenced Sakib Mahmuljin to ten years in prison for war crimes, reported to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, the police agency told us unofficially.

The threats were reported at the end of the week, and SIPA members were in the Court of B&H on Friday to verify the judges' allegations.

The judges informed SIPA and the Prosecutor's Office of B&H that they felt threatened because a text was published on one portal calling for the lynching of the judges of the Court of B&H who tried in this case.

The acting judges, including Mira Smajlović, actually reported a text written and published on one portal by Muhamed Mahmutović, a journalist from Cazin who lives and works in Sweden. He also shared this text on his Facebook profile.

After the verdict, Mahmutović published an article entitled - "Bosniak Pillar of Shame" and emphasized that "Sakib Mahmuljin was convicted by a three-member council", that "the president of the Council is a Serb Zoran Božić, and the other two members are Bosniaks".

In the disputed text, he posted photos of the judges of the Court of B&H, Mira Smajlović and Mediha Pašić.

- Those two ladies with a clear conscience raised their hand for the verdict according to which the Army of RB&H was equated with the aggressor armies in which, according to the indictment, "a civil war was being waged"! If the indictment had been compiled by the infamous SANU, they would not have compiled it that way, and the prosecutor is also a "Bosniak", Sedin Idrizović, who was promoted to a higher level for his heinous evil act! After this mounted process, he was appointed to the HJPC FB&H! If these two judges had done that to the Albanians, who knows what would have happened to them, and it would not have been well written about Idrizović, who did not have the courage to file an indictment for evident genocide against Bosniaks, proven by international courts - Mahmutović wrote.
