In the prosecutor's act (number: T 20 KTA 0020165 21), this judicial institution, in fact, acts according to the report received by the Prosecutor's Office, but also according to "Avaz", the director of ISA acquired the conditions for retirement four months ago.
Namely, as we published, Mehmedagić, according to the documentation we had access to, already has 40 years, four months and 13 days of work experience (including benefited work experience), officially registered with the Federal Institute for Pension and Disability Insurance (PIO / MIO).

The Law on Work in B&H Institutions specifies that employment by force of law ends when an employee reaches 40 years of insurance, regardless of age, which means that Bakir's ISA director should have retired four months ago and officially notify the PIO.

It is further stated that, "since each application must be checked, you need to provide us with the requested information immediately." In addition to the act sent to the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, we learn that the Prosecutor's Office of B&H has already sent summonses to certain persons to testify in this institution, and they were acquainted with the length of service of persons for whom data are requested, primarily Mehmedagić.
It is a question of the day when the official investigation will be launched against Trifko Buha, Mehmedagić's deputy who had to retire him, but he did not. Buha is a person who had this information but did not report it to the competent service, thus knowingly violating the law.
As it has been determined so far, Mehmedagić has achieved an illegal property gain of more than 20,000 KM. The role of the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, which must have known that the ISA was headed by a pensioner, is also disputable for the prosecutors. The same applies to certain employees of the Ministry of Security of B&H who had to be, but were not retired.
