Alisa Mutap, the ex-girlfriend of the deceased young man Dženan Memić, who was arrested yesterday in Sarajevo, was questioned today in the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, the "Avaz" portal has learned.
According to the information that "Avaz" has, Mutap did not defend with silence, but actively presented her defense. That was confirmed to us by her lawyer Goran Dragović. As he told us, a prosecutor's decision is expected.
- She did not defend with silence, but we cannot give details. What I can say is that she actively presented her defense and we will wait for the prosecutor's decision for which we do not know what it will be. We did not defend with silence and there is no reason to hide anything - Dragović said for "Avaz".
He confirmed to us that Alisa wants the whole case to be clarified and that, if necessary, she goes to the polygraph to determine if she had amnesia.
- She is ready for any expertise just to shed light on this and she is ready for a polygraph test and any type of detector - says Dragović.
In addition to Alisa Mutap, Muamer Ožegović, an employee of a hotel in Ilidža, was arrested and handed over to the Prosecutor's Office.
Ožegović was a receptionist at the "Crystal Hotel" on the fateful night. Members of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&H, Nedžad Hrvat and Nebojša Veljović, were also arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of young man Dženan Memić.
On a tragic night in Ilidža, Veljović and Hrvat secured diplomatic facilities. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects them of concealing evidence.
More precisely, it is suspected that in order to conceal the evidence, they consciously informed their superiors that only one person was injured, only to later say that "two people were injured".
