Alisa Ramić, maiden name Mutap, was released to defend herself from freedom, it was confirmed for the "Avaz" portal from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Court of B&H made this decision after yesterday's hearing in the case "Zijad Mutap and others", upon the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H to extend the custody of the suspects. In addition to Alisa Mutap, her father Zijad Mutap and police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Barić were also released. Muamer Ožegović, an employee of the "Ilidža" hotel, is also at large.
As we find out, everyone were ordered prohibitive measures while the Prosecutor's Office has announced an appeal.
It should be reminded that the Prosecutor's Office of B&H has filed an indictment against five people in the "Dženan Memić" case. Apart from Alisa Ramić (maiden name Mutap), the indictment was also filed against her father Zijad Mutap, Hasan Dupovac, Muamer Ožegović and Josip Barić.
The accused are charged with joining an organized crime group formed by Zijad Mutap and others on February 8th, 2016, which was formed with the aim of concealing evidence of the manner in which Dženan Memić suffered serious bodily injuries as a result of which he died in 2016 at the Clinical Center Sarajevo.
Zijad Mutap and Hasan Dupovac have been in custody since February, Josip Barić since April, and Alisa Ramić (Mutap) and Muamer Ožegović since last month.
