Zijad Mutap, Alisa Mutap-Ramić, Hasan Dupovac, Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović pleaded not guilty to any count of the indictment before the Court of B&H Judge Mirsad Strik today.
Judge Strika explained that the subject in the "Dženan Memić" case would be submitted to the panel for trial and that the first hearing would be scheduled within 30 to 60 days.
The accused are charged with organized crime, illegal mediation, aiding the perpetrator after the crime was committed and preventing the discovery and proving the cause of the death of young man Dženan Memić on February 8th, 2016 in Great Alley, Ilidža.
All defendants briefly stated that they understood the indictment and that they were not guilty. When asked if he understood the indictment, the accused Hasan Dupovac said:
- I understood the words, but I did not and will never understand the incrimination.
State Prosecutor Dubravko Čampara did not read the indictment. The hearing lasted just over ten minutes.
