Chairman of the B&H Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija passed a decision today on the dismissal of B&H Defense Minister Sifet Podžić.

- The Chairman of the Council of Ministers, who is responsible for harmonizing the constitutional relations of the Council of Ministers with the work of the Presidency of B&H, the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H, the entities and the Brčko District, as well as for harmonizing the work of the Council of Ministers, made the decision to dismiss Minister Podžić after the Minister violated the Law on Defense of B&H in the manner of work and decision-making and unilaterally violated the rule of law and internal trust, as well as diplomatic relations and foreign cooperation - it is said in the statement of the Council of Ministers of B&H.

It is added that the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija, sent the Decision on the dismissal of the Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers, Sifet Podžić, to the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H.
