The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC B&H) still does not know when the competition for the election and appointment of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H will be announced.

We remind you that after the recent removal of Gordana Tadić from this position, members of the HJPC appointed acting Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić.

As Halil Lagumdžija, the president of the HJPC B&H, said at the time, the acting president is appointed until the end of the competition procedure.

He then announced that a competition would be announced. However,in the HJPC's response to "Avaz" was stated:

- Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that it is still unknown when the competition will be announced.
