Judge of the Court of BiH Dalida Burzić was suspended today by the decision of the Disciplinary Commission of the HJPC of BiH.

She was suspended at the request of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, after the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted a notification to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council that an investigation was opened against Dalida Burzić in the "Dženan Memić" case.

Burzić was the chief prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office when Dženan Memić was killed in February 2016.

She was suspended for an indefinite period of time, more precisely until the end of the proceedings.
