The Sarajevo Municipal Court issued Judgment No. 65 0 P 872751 20 P, upholding a lawsuit filed by Fahrudin Radončić, president of the Alliance for a Better Future of B&H, against Armin Cibra, who falsely introduced himself as his bodyguard and wrote alleged books about Radončić on behalf of certain paraintelligence structures.

The verdict obliges the defendant Cibra to pay 5,000.00 KM to Radončić in the name of compensation for non-pecuniary damage due to damage to parts and reputation, caused by his statements in a video interview on August 19, 2020. published on the web platform You Tube and in which Cibra falsely claimed that the president of SBB was doing illegal business with the president of Montenegro Milo Đukanović and Naser Keljmendi.

Also, the court obliged the defendant to announce the verdict and send a public apology to Fahrudin Radončić.

By the way, Radončić's lawyers are on Monday, October 18, 2021. year, informed by the Legal Team of the You Tube platform that, at their request, the mentioned video interview of Armin Cibra was blocked, considering that the lawyers pointed out that Cibra was presenting false content. This is the same content that is the subject of the lawsuit before the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

This is another in a series of verdicts passed on the lawsuits of Fahrudin Radončić against Armin Cibra, by which the Municipal Court in Sarajevo obliged him to pay Fahrudin Radončić a total of 28,500.00 KM in damages for defamation.
